Absolutely. Crystal Beach is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, perfect for a relaxing getaway. ➤ We want the pool heated, what is the cost? While many guests prefer to let the sun heat the pool, during colder months, we can heat the pool at $50/day - just reach out after booking to arrange! 3 Day minimum. ➤ Is this home good for remote workers? Yes! We offer high-speed wifi plus a dedicated workspace, making it perfect for remote work and video calls. The wifi extends outside as well in case you’d prefer to work by the pool! ➤ Do you allow pets? Well-behaved pets are welcome. Parking only allowed in the driveway with a limit of 5 Vehicles. Any short-term rental group, regardless of number, which is comprised of underage (under 25 years old) occupants, must have a parent/legal guardian (not chaperone) staying with the underage occupants during the entire rental stay period. Violations of this rule shall result in an Eviction Notice and an $150 fine. If the underage occupants are not evicted by the Owner or Rental Management Company, then an $150/day fine will be levied for each additional day the occupants stay at the house after the day the Eviction Notice was issued by the Association. No trailers allowed to be stored in the driveway per HOA rules.
