Guest get access to the whole unit minus owners closets. Guest get access to the indoor/outdoor pool, shared charcoal grills and fitness center.. Guest also get access to the public beach access from direct boardwalk from property.

This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25. No Exceptions
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles, and trailers, RVs, and boats are not permitted to park in the lot.
-Guest must display parking pass on dash for duration of stay. Please leave pass in condo upon check out.
